Philadelphia (AP) -Joel Embiid hopes his return to the set -up is not just a day’s thing.

The damage-plagued Philadelphia 76ers Center showed no rust in his return from a left knee injury that sidelined him for a month and recorded his first triple double this season on Tuesday night in a win over Dalla’s Mavericks.

EMBIIDS missed the previous 15 matches had 29 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists in Sixers’ 118-116 victory. Wearing a large stag on the knee, the seven-time played all-star 36 minutes and went 12-for-23 from the field and 4-for-9 from the free-castle line.

“I wish I could play every game,” Embiid said of his expectations for the rest of the season. “Whatever God decides from that time, I cannot control it. The goal is to be available every single night. “

Nevertheless, coach Nick Nurse said after the game that Embiid would not play Wednesday night against Miami.

The 30-year-old Embiid performed in just his 14th match in a season, which he said has been “extremely” frustrating. Sixers are 8-6 with him and 20-29 overall and they need him on the floor to push against the playoffs.

“Trying to find the positive as support and family, but it’s tough,” he said.

Embiid looked like his usual self, especially down the stretch. His layup with 22 seconds back, Philadelphia set up a point. He grabbed the defensive rebound on Mavericks’ next possession and then defended the last game of the game when Dallas turned it around.

“I just wanted to come aggressively, claim me inside and out,” Embiid said.

EMBIID, prepared No. 3 collected by Philadelphia in 2014, entered the game on average 24.4 points and 7.9 rebounds. He still thinks the 76s can turn things around.

“We just have to get healthy and stay healthy,” he said.
